We have enjoyed working with Murray for 25 years when we bought and sold two homes in West Kelowna and looked at countless others during those years. When we decided to sell our house, we wondered how to choose a Real Estate agent. A friend recommended Murray and Cathy, as they had sold his home and he was extremely satisfied. So, we engaged them and they certainly lived up to our expectations. They were extremely helpful in explaining all the details very clearly, which helped us make good decisions. They were available almost 24/7 to answer our many questions, and Murray was even there on our moving day and ensured that the cleanup was done properly after we left.

Right from the start the high level of communication was clear. Day or night, seven days a week both Murray and Cathy were quick to respond to questions as well as providing updates. This remained true through the entire process which to me was key to this successful partnership.

Along with being personable, Murray and Cathy were also very knowledgeable and professional. From the initial walk through the discussions were open and they were able to guide us through the process with ease. They assisted with great advice on preparing the home for photographs and showings as well as reviewing the entire property looking for any items that we could be proactive at addressing prior to the property going up for sale which helped immensely. The home was well prepared and showed amazingly well which led a quick sale.

Murray & Cathy also provided a number of contacts for businesses and contractors to assist with some things during the sale, all which also turned out to be fantastic to deal with. They even offered to meet contractors on site if we were not able to which shows the extra mile that they are willing to go to help.

Our particular sale was a slight bit more complex as we had an estate that was being settled, but you would have hardly noticed as Murray and Cathy were able to easily navigate through the particulars and we were able to hit the marks that worked perfectly for both sides.

Selling a home is significant and at the end of the day having someone you can trust through the process is paramount. Murray and Cathy were friendly, easy to communicate with, professional, knowledgeable and most importantly resulted in an easy sale at a great price. There is nothing more we could ask for.
